What are the payment methods?

You can pay in advance or via PayPal. We will process your order as soon as the transfer has landed on our account in order for you to have it asap.

I'd like to send my order as a gift, can you do gift wrapping?

The packaging is beautiful as is - Tropical Treptow editions make perfect gifts!

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Within EU, GB, CH shipping is free.
We send all orders via Deutsche Post, DHL, Hermes or GLS.
Based upon experience we estimate the delivery time to be the following:
within Germany: 1-5 workdays
within the EU: 2-7 workdays
international e.g. USA: 10-15 workdays

Do you ship internationally?

We do! International shipping is for Tropical Shirts and Metal Mantra Mugs 11,00 EUR (+ 4,00 EUR Insurance).
As for our larger or heavier objects and furniture, we will inform you about the shipping costs during the ordering process. Just tell us where you live and we will find you the cheapest and safest shipping method.

Can I pick up my order in Berlin?

Please contact us via mail@tropicaltreptow.com if you would like to arrange for pick-up at Berlin Alt-Treptow.

Can I return something I purchased?

Since all items are customized upon order, unfortunately we cannot accept return.
